Admissions Process

Joining us is straightforward

Applying for your place at North Bridge House Senior Canonbury.

EASY 5 STEP PROCESS
1
Make an enquiry

To learn more about our school before an open event and see how we could best support your child, make an enquiry and a member of the Admissions Team will be in touch.

2
Book an Open Event

We run open events and smaller guided tours throughout the academic year and invite all prospective families to attend. Open events are a great opportunity to see the school in action, speak to our Senior Leadership and Admissions teams and hear from current pupils.

3
Submit an application

Our application deadline for September 2025 entry is Monday 11 November 2024.

We continue to accept applications for occasional in-year or immediate places as vacancies do arise. Please contact our Admissions Team re availability on 020 7428 1520.

To apply for a place at North Bridge House, first time users will need to register for an account to access our online application form. This is a one-time account set-up and will only take a few moments. Shortly after registering, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to set your password and create a new account. Once this is complete, you can login and submit your application(s) at any time.

The application form can take up to 20 minutes to complete, but you may save your application at any time by clicking the “Save” button – and then return to it later. Returning users need only to login to submit your registration form and/or upload documents.

The application fee of £150 can be paid via bank transfer or cheque. A member of the Admissions Team will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your application to confirm completion.

4
Interview and assessment

Further to your application, we host an interview and assessment day, inviting students to attend a small group interview with a member of our Senior Leadership Team before completing an online assessment.

The adaptive assessment – consisting of sections in English, Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning – will present candidates with a tailored set of questions to individually determine where they are in their learning and their academic potential.

Interviews and assessments will take place at the end of November 2024.

5
Receive an offer

Offers for Year 7 entry will be released in early February with the deadline to accept an offer being the end of February.

Details on how to accept your place will be provided within the offer letter.

Sixth Form places are offered subject to entry requirements: five grade 6s including English or Maths.
