What really sets Regent’s Park Prep School apart are our compassionate teachers and nurturing environment. Every child is encouraged to be the best they can be at whatever they want to try, so that they can find their own True North and successfully navigate their future pathways.
Whether families seek a supportive, all-through NBH education, progressing to one of our ‘Excellent’ Senior Schools in Hampstead and Canonbury, or entry to other competitive 11+ and 13+ destinations, our teachers provide bespoke preparation for every individual path to success.

HOW WE TEACH
We maintain small class sizes.
We may be a thriving, 350-strong school, but with an average class size of 20, we are able to differentiate teaching and learning and ensure the curriculum is tailored to each individual's needs.
Class sizes are smaller still in The Nest and the Upper School, to provide unrivalled support at key periods of transition for our youngest and eldest pupils.
We tailor teaching & learning.
Every learner is different, which is why we get to know and understand every child as an individual - so that we can truly tailor the teaching and learning experience to their personal needs and abilities.
Every child benefits from one-to-one support and through careful planning, monitoring and evaluating, we ensure pupils are stretched and challenged to achieve their full potential.
We sweat the small stuff.
Our staff ‘sweat the small stuff’ to make a big impact. The trusting and productive relationships they build with every pupil are a result of their daily commitment to micro-interactions and rich conversations.
From polite passings by in the corridor to friendly chats over lunch, these meaningful communications increase our pupils’ cultural capital and teach them to practice good manners, articulate themselves with confidence, and make a lasting impression on others around them.
We find your True North.
With a multitude of 11+ and 13+ pathways, we support and guide every student on their individual journey, carefully advising families on the route best suited to each child's strengths and interests.
With a Future Schools Coordinator and, from Year 5, an entirely subject specialist teaching team, we provide bespoke preparation for every path to success, identifying and nurturing each individual's passions, talents and true potential.
