School Fees

Our fees are transparent.

The table below clearly shows our termly fees. Included within our fee structure, all pupils in Year 3 and above receive a 1-2-1 school device. Lunch is charged separately and will be itemised on your termly invoice. Nursery and Pre-Prep children receive a morning snack free of charge.

North Bridge House School is a registered provider under the Early Education funding for eligible 3 and 4 year olds and offers up to 15 hours of childcare entitlement per week. For more information, please visit this page.

All Nursery Fees shown above are exempt from VAT. The Government has indicated that Nursery Fees will continue to be exempt from VAT from 1st January 2025, when independent schools will be required to charge VAT on School Fees from Reception upwards.

* The Fees above are for Autumn Term 2024/25 which are currently exempt from VAT.

The Government has confirmed that as of 1st January 2025, all education services supplied by independent schools will be subject to VAT (at a standard rate of 20%). We will publish a new Fee schedule during the Autumn Term which takes into account the impact of VAT from 1st January 2025.

Payments

Key information:
  • Fees are due on or before the first day of term. Fees not paid by the due date may be liable to a late payment charge calculated at 1.5% per month from the first day of term

  • A full term’s notice is required in writing before the withdrawal of a pupil from the school.

  • We can accept voucher payments towards Breakfast Clubs and After School Clubs from ages 5 – 16 only.

  • A £2000 deposit is required to accept your child’s place at North Bridge House. This is returned to you when your child leaves the school.*

*One full term's written notice of withdrawal and all outstanding fees paid is required for the deposit to be returned. More information can be found in the Parent Contract signed at the point of acceptance. International students should refer to the varying deposit information listed in ‘International students’.

Incremental sibling discounts:
  • 5% discount for one sibling

  • 10% discount for an additional sibling

  • 15% discount for any further siblings

International student fees

International students key information:
  • A £6000 deposit is required to accept your child's place at North Bridge House. This is returned to you when your child leaves the school.*

  • International students who require sponsorship from North Bridge House will be asked to pay the full year of tuition fees upfront.
