Last Friday, our Under 16 footballers represented North Bridge House Senior Hampstead at the ISA Football Tournament in Birmingham, competing against some of the best teams from across the country.
The boys showed incredible skill and determination, finishing second in their group before facing a tough semi-final against fellow Cognita school, Akeley Wood. Although narrowly missing out on the Plate final, they bounced back brilliantly to win the 3rd place game and bring home the bronze medal!
We’re so proud of their hard work, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the day. These tournaments offer a chance for our students to build confidence, develop resilience, and create lifelong memories. Well done boys! 🥉👏

Last Monday, our Year 10 Canonbury HPQ students swapped their desks for the great outdoors at Cuffley Camp Outdoor Centre.
The morning was spent channelling their focus into writing research reports, finding focus and inspiration in the peaceful outdoor setting! After a productive start, midday brought a pause for an outdoor team-building activity, where they tackled challenges that encouraged them to think creatively, build trust, and collaborate with one another.
This trip was about more than just academic progress, it’s part of our commitment to nurturing independent thinkers and well-rounded individuals. Because at NBH, learning goes far beyond the classroom. 🌳

On Tuesday, our Year 10 Photography students kicked off the new term with an inspiring visit to two of London’s most renowned art spaces: @thephotographersgallery and @nationalportraitgallery. The trip was all about finding inspiration and gaining new perspectives for their ongoing Portrait Project.
At The Photographers’ Gallery, they explored bold exhibitions showcasing unique storytelling through the lens, sparking conversations about technique and creativity. Over at the National Portrait Gallery, our students explored centuries of portraiture, discovering how context and expression have shaped this timeless art form.
It was a day filled with discovery and fresh ideas, and we can’t wait to see how these experiences shape their own work. Parents, ask your child what caught their eye - whether it was a particular piece or a new way of thinking about portraits! 📸🎞️

Our Nest children had the most magical day at @zsllondonzoo, filled with wonder, learning, and a special festive surprise! 🎄🎁
They explored the wildlife exhibits, meeting animals, before heading to a heart warming Santa workshop, where they helped spread Christmas cheer in the most delightful ways.
The trip blended the magic of the season with the excitement of discovery. Thank you to London Zoo for making the holidays extra special for our little ones!
